1 報名及繳費安排Enrollment & Payment
- 所有學費需於每月首堂或課程開始前全數繳交。All tuition fees must be paid in full before the first class of the month or the start of the course.
- 除特別註明外，課程不設單堂繳費。學位以繳交學費後方為落實。Unless specified, single-lesson payments are not accepted. Seats are confirmed upon payment.
- 除因課程取消外，所有已繳交之學費及教材費，概不退還，亦不得轉讓他人或轉作其他課程之用。Except for course cancellations, all paid fees and material costs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2 請假及補堂政策Leave & Make-up Class Policy
- 事假：Casual Leave: 學生如需請假，必須於上課前最少24小時通知本中心，方可獲安排補堂。每位學生每月最多可獲安排事假補堂一次。Students must notify the center at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a make-up class. Maximum 1 casual leave make-up per month.
- 病假：Sick Leave: 學生如因病請假，須於上課前通知，並於補堂時出示有效醫生證明文件。Students must notify before class and present a valid medical certificate during the make-up class.
- 無故缺席或未能於指定時間內通知本中心者，將當作自動放棄該堂，恕不獲補堂或退款安排。Unexcused absences or failure to notify within the specified time will forfeit the class. No make-up or refund will be provided.
- 所有補堂必須於原定缺席課堂起計四星期內完成，逾期作廢。補堂時間由本中心安排，如學生未能配合，將視作放棄論。All make-up classes must be completed within 4 weeks from the absence. Scheduled by the center; failure to attend forfeits the class.
- 功課輔導班為月費課程，不設補課。Homework class is a monthly course; no make-up classes are provided.
- 除特別宣布外，補習班於香港法定公眾假期休息。參考 Unless announced, classes are closed on HK Public Holidays. Ref: 【香港公眾假期】[HK Public Holidays]。
3 惡劣天氣安排Severe Weather Arrangements
- 一號、三號熱帶氣旋警告 / 黃色、紅色暴雨警告：T1, T3 / Amber, Red Rainstorm: 本中心照常營業，所有課堂如常進行。Center remains open, classes run as usual.
- 八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告 / 黑色暴雨警告 / 極端情況：T8+, Black Rainstorm, Extreme Conditions:
- 如警告信號於上課前2小時仍然懸掛，該課堂將會取消。If hoisted 2 hours before class, the class is cancelled.
- 如警告信號於營業時間內懸掛，本中心將立即停課，家長應在安全情況下盡快接回學生。If hoisted during operating hours, the center will close immediately. Parents should pick up students safely.
- 因惡劣天氣而取消之課堂，本中心將安排順延或另行補堂。Classes cancelled due to weather will be postponed or rescheduled.
4 一般守則及個人資料General Rules & Privacy Data
- 學生應準時出席課堂，並愛護中心內一切設施。如有蓄意破壞，須照價賠償。Students must be punctual and care for all facilities. Intentional damage requires compensation.
- 本中心在課堂期間可能會拍攝照片或錄影，作教學記錄或宣傳用途。如不同意，請於報名時向職員提出。Photos or videos may be taken during classes for records or promotion. Please notify staff upon enrollment if you opt out.
- 家長及學生提供之個人資料僅供本中心行政、聯絡及推廣之用，絕對保密。Personal data provided by parents/students is strictly confidential and used only for administration, contact, and promotion.
高勳教育 GoFun Education 保留修改上述條款及細則之權利，而毋須事先通知。
如有任何爭議，本中心保留最終決定權。 GoFun Education reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
